Antediluvian Fierry Essence quest item drops in Un'Goro Crater and only from Bo Luogo mob that respawns every 5 mintues.
Around the crater you can find many mobs called Fire Guide that respawns every 5 minutes and drops the Antediluvian Scorching Heart.
After you have farmed enough quest items check the quest text to know how many MG you need to complete the quest.
