We have recently received tickets regarding items that were accidentally deleted or lost by players. Please note that staff members will not restore items that were lost due to player mistakes, and we ask that you do not create tickets or send direct messages to staff regarding these cases.
Examples include:
- Deleting items by accident
- Losing Chance Gems, Paragon Coins, or other materials
- Losing upgrade materials due to a failed upgrade because the Chance Gem was not placed in the first slot of the first bag
<@&974651085950173224> members are only permitted to restore important quest-related items, such as quest weapons or other items that are required to continue progression. They are not authorized to replace items lost through player error, it would be manipulation of the gameplay and would be unfair for others who we already rejected.
Please double-check your inventory and upgrade setup before proceeding to avoid unnecessary losses.
