@everyone Got an **Exchange Token**? Turn it into real weapon progress! **How it works** > ️ Bring your token to the **[Cogsworth Sparkforge]** in **[Mission Area]**. > ️ Pick the weapon line you want. > ✅ The NPC completes every upgrade quest up to the token's level and gives you that weapon. > *Example: a **T1 +5** token completes the base, +1, +2, +3, +4 and +5 quests and hands you the **+5** weapon, so you can go straight on to +6.* **Good to know** > Your old weapon from that line is taken, and any **gems in it are returned** to you. > You also get the **reputation and achievements** from those quests. > **T2 tokens** also finish the whole T1 line the T2 weapon needs. > If you're already at or above the token's level on that line, you can't use it there. Pick another line. > Exchange tokens are **account-bound**. > Full bags? Anything that doesn't fit is **mailed** to you.

✨ New: VIP Transfer System

@everyone ## Want your VIP gear, Full Talents or Titan's Grip on another character? Now you can move them yourself! **How it works** > Buy a **VIP Transfer Token** from the **website** (website only). > Send it to the character you want to transfer **FROM**. > ️ Talk to the **[Donation Store NPC]** and choose **VIP Transfer**. > Pick the character to transfer **TO**, answer the questions, and confirm. **What can be transferred** > ️ **VIP gear**: the two characters **swap** VIP gear. Each piece is converted to the new class at the **same upgrade level**. > **Full Talents** > ⚔️ **Titan's Grip** You only get asked about the things your character actually has to give. **Good to know** > One token per transfer, no matter how much you move. > Both characters must be on the **same account**. > ✉️ The receiving character gets everything **by mail**. Log in, collect it, then use **Re-Apply** at the [Donation Store NPC]. > **Gems are refunded**: each character gets back the gems from the gear it gave up, ready to socket again. > ⚠️ **Enchants are not transferred**, so you'll need to enchant again. > Collect any VIP gear sitting in either character's mailbox first, or the transfer won't start. > If both characters have the same VIP level, the gear swap is skipped. > ❌ This is not class/Item Transfer system. you cant transfer your farmed contents using this system! @everyone I would like to ask you for the proper information when you open a ticket. it would save yours and our time when you fully explain your request, for example if you are opening a ticket for transfer, it should include : - current character name - new character name - list of items - all sockets must be removed from gears - if your gears have enchants you must include it - if weapon is being swapped you must inform us about from which to which weapon. - paragon/ custom stats if any or etc this will shorten your waiting time, in case of being offline we dont have to wait for you to come online and answer our question. Its not mandatory or rule to do so but it saves a lot of time.
