Tickets System

@everyone I would like to ask you for the proper information when you open a ticket. it would save yours and our time when you fully explain your request,
for example if you are opening a ticket for transfer, it should include :
- current character name
- new character name
- list of items
- all sockets must be removed from gears
- if your gears have enchants you must include it
- if weapon is being swapped you must inform us about from which to which weapon.
- paragon/ custom stats if any
or etc

this will shorten your waiting time, in case of being offline we dont have to wait for you to come online and answer our question.

Its not mandatory or rule to do so but it saves a lot of time.
