Instead of a button now it has a drop down with 4 options:
- General support: ` for any issue or contact with staff`
- Class Transfer: `all contents and character progresses to other character`
- Item Transfer : `max 5 items`
- VIP Transfer : `only for VIP Gears. Full talent, Titan's grip`

selecting any of these will open a ticket with a few questions and boxes to fill with your answers.
